This is my second time dealing with Andrew Kinner. Mr. Kinner was absolutely amazing dealing with my wife and I. Always takes his time explaining what is going to take place. I recommend and always will return to him for service. However, I brought my car in for the installation of 4 new tires. Upon completion, I got in the car all four sensor lights were on (check tire pressure). The pressure was not of by a little. The recommended tire pressure is 37 PSI. The PSI in my tires was 28, 31, 32, and 33. I mean, really just after I paid someone to do this properly. On a side note, not sure if the service employees even put in Nitro in the tires. The second thing that bothered me. Crown always offers to have your car cleaned after the service. I have been to this dealership quite a lot. This is the second time I have utilized the cleaning services offered by them. The first time I did not say anything; however, now the same thing happened again. The car was cleaned and vacuumed up front, the rear of the car was not vacuumed. I couldn’t care less about Crown cleaning the car or not. But if you offer something, make sure it gets done the right way. More
