I am very happy I was able to work with Jim throughout the entire process. He assisted with insight and info early in the process as I was determining options for the build. Jim was also able to secure a spot on MB production calendar, which was likely the only way it was even possible to get this van before 2021. He then relayed occasional updates on the production order status, as informed by MB. The final sales/delivery process was relatively painless, as we did so much remotely before even arriving on site. Further, Jim has a wealth of information and vendors/resources for those looking to upfit your van, and makes himself accessible to help in any way he can. Thanks Jim!! More

Well, it took me a while to settle on what i need. I looked at other alternatives for a high roof van. Then i narrowed my focus down to the Sprinter van. I had two test drives with Jim. He was very patient and answered all my questions, even the unusual ones. He pushed me ever so gently to make up my mind, so i did. I never liked sports cars, so i have higher perspective with this vehicle. Lots of plans getting the solar panels on it etc. Still early in the game, i should read the manual first, hopefully tomorrow get into it. I have a feeling that i am getting into a relationship with Mercedes, this never happened before. I can recommend Jim for he is a knowledgeable dealer. Actually, he is the second dealer in my life that i don't mind seeing again. I hope i will have good experiences all the way. More

Zoltan couldn't have been any better to work with. I dreaded the car-buying process but he made it very easy. I have been searching for this car all over and as soon as I expressed interest Zoltan Krempaszky was dedicated and provided exceptional service and most importantly communication since Day 1. There was a hiccup in financing with my bank and Rob Wilson and Zoltan gave me their word that they would hold the car for me despite cash buyers walking in and other sales associates ready to sell it right there. Growing up in a military family, that meant alot to me that they kept their word. Offering a Warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty also brought assurance and value like no other. I tried to keep this brief but this experience had too many 5 Star highlight points and I would hands down recommend Crown Eurocars, Zoltan, Rob and the staff any day.
