It ranks as one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car from anyone at any dealership. Both Crown and Larry were exceedingly professional through the negotiation and the purchase. They were transparent on pricing, low pressure on sales tactics, and exceptionally considerate and accommodating of my tight schedule. Larry went the extra mile in all aspects of the transaction, including making sure that the car was in absolutely flawless condition for delivery. I will be a long time customer of both Larry and Crown Eurocars, and they will certainly be my first call the next time I am in the market for a Mercedes. I had a service call to get the maintenance done on my car and there was an issue with the warranty service that arose.
