Words cannot describe the gratefulness I have for Zoltan. Also, I must mention the fact that Zoltan handled this deal while I was over 500 miles away from him. He took photos, sent videos and explained to me every aspect of the vehicle. Great car buying experience! I found my Mercedes online and connected with Zoltan. He talked me through the car condition/features over the phone (I live in Jacksonville) and followed up (without me askin and connected with Zoltan. He talked me through the car condition/features over the phone (I live in Jacksonville) and followed up (without me asking) with a full video of the car. I decided to move forward with the purchase on a Sunday when Crown was closed. Zoltan responded immediately to my text and went the extra mile to work the deal out with his manager on his day off and had the car prepped and ready to roll on Monday for delivery. Will definitely look to Crown and Zoltan for my next vehicle. More

I am a 14 year NFL vet. Current College/Pro on air commentator for CBS Sports. Zoltan nor the dealership new any of this when we first met. I asked him/them to perform the impossible, in a time crunch commentator for CBS Sports. Zoltan nor the dealership new any of this when we first met. I asked him/them to perform the impossible, in a time crunch, for 2 years in a row. Easily the BEST experience I have EVER HAD purchasing a vehicle. Twice. I will never service my Mercedes with anyone else. And I love Mercedes Benz but will only ever deal with Crown and Zoltan.
