The Customer Service and Selection at Crown blew the competition away! Special call out to Sam Youssef! What an amazing individual, his military leadership background really served us well! Tony Cintron explained all of the cars features to us and he was extraordinaire! Daniel Bellemare, General Sales Manager, approached me, gave his business card and thanked me for the sale and offered any future assistance that I may need. Rob Wilson went over all of the legal documents that we needed to sign. He was very cordial, friendly and outgoing. We enjoyed our time with Rob. Poor Service Bruno provided good service as far as communication but when I went to have my car serviced, the part of my bumper that has the covering for the tow w Bruno provided good service as far as communication but when I went to have my car serviced, the part of my bumper that has the covering for the tow wrench was there, if it got unhinged there would be a string attached to it and it would dangle, you can see marks where it was clearly ripped off, Bruno showed me pictures where it was off but those would have been pictures after my service because it was there in the morning, also my touch pad worked when i brought it in for service and mysteriously it no longer works, when I asked about this I was also told this was a coincidence and there is nothing they could do. I also reported an incident with my car when I first bought it with Zoltan and was quickly dismissed as well, I feel like every time I take my car in my service they will deny and blame me for it. So I plan to go to Potters for any of my service needs in the future because I know they will be honest with me. More
