Victor was very nice, explained the options, moved at a comfortable pace, there was NO PRESSURE, we felt very comfortable, really nice guy, no one likes dealing with sales people and dealerships, Victor was so easy to talk and deal with, this Crown Mercedes dealership on hwy 19 is different than other car dealerships.
