Unsatisfied customer service for GLE 350 I do not usually do reviews, however my experience with Crown Euro deserves attention . On August 30th I purchased my first Mercedes Benz, I was so ex I do not usually do reviews, however my experience with Crown Euro deserves attention . On August 30th I purchased my first Mercedes Benz, I was so excited and looking forward to enjoying my new car unfortunately it didn’t last. Bianca Presti was helpful, nice and patient with me during the entire process of the sale. Two days later my son also bought another Mercedes Benz from Bianca. After those sales she no longer showed any interest to help. The day of my purchase, I was not able to bring my car home with me because there were a couple things that needed to be repaired. Due to that, Bianca told me that she would bring the car to my house. When she brought my car back, we went to check that everything was done and fixed as I was promised. I was very upset for the following reasons when I finally received my vehicle. The headliner of the car still had many stains, the passenger seat and the backseat both had holes and you could still smell animal scents from the previous owner. When I asked Bianca why was my vehicle brought to me in that condition after all those faults were noted previously when purchased, her response was that she didn’t notice those faults and that she would needed to check with her boss about having all of those faults fixed. After several texts and emails, she eventually scheduled repairs for the headliner and the seats. After the repairs, she offered to have the car washed. Upon receiving my vehicle back, it was in worst condition in which I turned it in. There were water marks all over the body of the car and there were scratches and the paint was chipped on the driver´s door which previously did not exist. I called the service department and requested to speak to the Manager Frank Caporicci left several messages over a week ago and I still have not been contacted by him. Additional issues I have had since I purchased the vehicle, there is a mechanical issue with the trunk, my plates were supposed to be transferred, which they have not been, so my vehicle currently has temporary tags that will expire in 10 days. Due to the customer service and treatment I have received from this dealership, I took my car to the Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel service department. Marc Scotch, their Assistant Service Manager, told me that the Hatch Alarm needed to be replaced. Being that this is a Certified Pre-Owned, everything is supposed to be inspected and certified in working condition and detailed for sale, however that is not the product or service I received. Today I called back to Crown Euro to speak with the General Manager Dan Morris. I left a message with his assistant’s voicemail and I have not received any contact back. Despite the great reviews listed, my experience was the complete opposite of 5 stars. I do not understand why I was treated in this way and because of this experience my excitement of buying my first Mercedes was taken away and I will definitely not be recommending anyone or any future customers to this dealership. More
Leasing a 2019 Mercedes Benz and concierge setup I am very pleased with my experience in leasing my second Mercedes Benz. Mr. Phillip Boone, salesman/leasing rep was very helpful in assisting me to I am very pleased with my experience in leasing my second Mercedes Benz. Mr. Phillip Boone, salesman/leasing rep was very helpful in assisting me to get the car I wanted and within the price range that was agreeable. Additionally, Jessica Scarboro was very helpful and courteous to me in completing the financial paperwork and placing a call to the sales manager to get approval on the maintenance agreement to be included in the price. Also, the concierge Tony Cintron was very prompt in coming out and did an excellent job explaining the different features and setup. Everything went well and it was a great experience. I will definitely recommend all of them. More

Tom Cammarata ha I have had multiple MBs and all have been serviced/maintained exclusively at Crown since I moved to St. Petersburg over 16 years ago. Tom Cammarata has been my Tech Rep for the entire time. Tom is exceptionally knowledgeable and always responsive to not only scheduled work, but also on those rare occasions that a vehicle has needed a quick or complex repair. Tom and the service department are great!!! More

I highly recommend Patrick McFarland who signed me up for a Crown discount card which resulted in my bill being less than the estimate; a happy conclusion to my service experience. Following the service appointment, my spouse and I met with Tony Cintron who thoroughly explained and demonstrated all the features of our new GLC 300. Tony Cintron is kind, patient, knowledgeable and an absolutely delightful individual of the highest caliber. Thank you to both gentlemen, with whom I am very much pleased and satisfied. More
