I was contemplating purchasing a different brand. but when I weighing the way crown has made us feel in the past in comparison to other service departments or dealerships, we decided to stick with Crown. I was I bit hesitant about having a new sales rep since I have only dealt with only one sales rep in the past who is no longer there. When we Met with Zoltan, we were more than impressed, he went well beyond the call of duty to take care of us, answer every question, address every issue, The level of service and care was beyond what I was used to and what I had expected. There was no pressure in the sales aspect of the vehicle. I am more than impressed. Thank you for such a great experience. Zolton is an amazing component of your organization.
