Unexpected Visit/Service C250 We were on our was to St. Petersburg when involved in an accident. Needless to say, when our car arrived at Crown Mercedes we were still fairly shook We were on our was to St. Petersburg when involved in an accident. Needless to say, when our car arrived at Crown Mercedes we were still fairly shook up. Charlie Apple took control of the auto situation and helped us secure and retrieve a rental car. Within 3 days the mechanical repairs were complete and we were able to pick up the car. I cannot say enough about Charlie’s calm and reassuring demeanor. Annual checkup I got to the facility a little late due to traffic accident on I 275. I was met at the curb in the service department and escorted to be checked in. I got to the facility a little late due to traffic accident on I 275. I was met at the curb in the service department and escorted to be checked in. My current service attendant (Tom) had left for a dental appointment, so his coworker (Ryan) immediately saw I was looking for someone to help me and took great care of me. After pulling up my paperwork, Ryan offered me a loaner car if I was not going to wait. He mentioned the car would be oufinished in about an hour so I waited for the car. My car was delivered as promised, One hour after I arrived the car had the maintenance completed, car washed and vacuumed and ready to go. Ryan was polite and knowledgeable about the service and a breath of fresh air for my morning. I would prefer Ryan Yeomans to be my service connection from now on. More

My current service rep, Tom Cammarata is very thorough and goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule regarding drop-off & pick-up times. He also follows up on all questions & requests.
