Quick Response and quick closing the deal I order new 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS-450 to my specifications , it took about 4 weeks and shipped from Alabama Plant. After delivering to Crown Eurocars I order new 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS-450 to my specifications , it took about 4 weeks and shipped from Alabama Plant. After delivering to Crown Eurocars, Bianca Presti contacts me to come to look at my car , it’s so beautiful ( Iradium silver & Saddle Brown inside ), she starts doing paperwork so professionally ( quick & flawless) turn all the paper to Ashli ( finance manager) , she is very knowledgeable about finance , answer all the questions I asked and even give the tips about financial terms , very soft spoken lady. I finished my paperwork and I still needs to pay $9000 , I didn’t bring my checkbook, Ashli handed my the keys and says don’t worry about it, it can be taking tomorrow, Bianca come to my house pick up the check next day . Very happy with my Mercedes and people that I work with. More

Third Time’s a Charm! After visiting 2 other Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the past 2 weeks, I feel that I can make an authentic & factual review. Bianca Presti was by far the best salesperson that I have ever worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and ever so helpful and still is even after I have purchased the car. I would absolutely recommend her as she definitely went the extra mile. I also have to give credit to Ashli McConnell, who actually made the paperwork part of the deal a pleasant one. She was very patient and explained all of the other protection packages thoroughly and without pressure. Ryan Yeomans and Willie Edmonds were also very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Like most people, we dreaded the idea of a nail biting, stressful car purchase experience. Well, that did NOT happen!!! Jim Smith knew exactly what we were looking for. He remembered every detail, and as we test drove cars he remembered our comments so that he could help us chose the best car for us!! Wish our memories were as sharp!!
