Easy to schedule, stay informed, and pay online Taking time out of a busy schedule for routine car maintenance is not always easy but Crown Mercedes and Thomas Cammarata make it almost effortless to Taking time out of a busy schedule for routine car maintenance is not always easy but Crown Mercedes and Thomas Cammarata make it almost effortless to schedule, drop off, pay and pick up. Online scheduling system remembered my car info so I didn't have to go look it up. A follow-up email was sent to confirm and remind me of my appointment. Tom was expecting me when I arrived and knowing that I was in a hurry, he completed a 'quick drop' envelope after confirming which services I needed so I could be on my way in less than 5 minutes. Tom stayed in touch with phone calls and texts until my car was ready for pick up. I really appreciate those updates so I'm not left guessing. When my car was ready I received a text with the total amount due and the option to click a link and pay thru a secured website online. So convenient! That made it picking up my car a fast and easy experience, too. More

Excellent Service Advisor and Service Experience! I took my wife's Mercedes Benz to Crown Eurocars for service yesterday. My service advisor was Andy Mrasz and I couldn't be more pleased with the leve I took my wife's Mercedes Benz to Crown Eurocars for service yesterday. My service advisor was Andy Mrasz and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service provided by Andy and the Crown service department. I was greeted promptly, Andy carefully noted the details of what needed to be done, and provided a E300 loaner car since the service was expected to take 3 plus hours. Andy called me an hour ahead of schedule to let me know the car was ready! This allowed me to beat the rush hour traffic home! Not only was the car ready early, but it was washed as well. Nice to drive home in a clean car! Andy also noticed that my key FOB battery was weak and not operating consistently. He replaced the battery and made sure it was working correctly. Thanks Andy! I will be back when the next service is due based on the great customer service Andy provided. Very much appreciated! Dave S. More

Amazing, no-stress customer service! I was amazed by my experience with this dealership. I had a very stressful situation when my 2 year old car’s transmission fell apart (not a Mercedes) I was amazed by my experience with this dealership. I had a very stressful situation when my 2 year old car’s transmission fell apart (not a Mercedes). It wasn’t under warranty and the car manufacturer took over a week to fix it, leaving me without transportation and I drive for my job A LOT. I contacted several dealerships over several days and negotiated with them for hours, but I wasn’t happy with the deals I was being offered or the cars I was looking at. I contacted Crown Eurocars because I wanted a GLA 250 for several years, although I thought it was a long shot due to the negative equity in my car and my credit situation. They worked with me by email and when I went in, I was only at the dealership for 30 minutes before they offered me a deal I was very happy with on the exact car I wanted. The salespeople were not high pressure like many other dealerships I had been to that week. They offered me an amazing financing rate through Mercedes financing. When I went back to pick up the car, all the paperwork was ready and the finance manager had obtained a financing rate that was half the rate I was originally expecting. I have purchased many new cars in the past, and never had such a stress-free car shopping experience. I am very happy with the vehicle, and the customer service I received through the entire process. I will be a life long customer, and expect to buy many cars in the future from this dealership! I have already started referring all my friends also! Mercedes makes a great product, and their customer service is the best I have experienced anywhere! More

Customer relations and retention I owned and operated several cars different make and models bought from various dealerships, when I went to Crown Dealership at Pinellas Park I felt t I owned and operated several cars different make and models bought from various dealerships, when I went to Crown Dealership at Pinellas Park I felt that I was talking to old friends, great sales people, Igor and saied, awsom sales manager Eric, and exceptional Finance manager Rob Wilson. I traded in my old car for a newer Used car for myself, and next day went back and bought a new vehicle for my daughter. She was so happy I let her deal with same great people by herself. I am grateful to everyone there and looking forward to recommend this dealership and people I dealt with to all my family and friends More

40000 mile Service. Also inquired of new models in showroom. My E-350 had a 40000 mile service. Tom Cammarata was my service adviser. Tom couldn't have been better. Daniel initiated the contact, alongside David, and then Jessica solidified everything beyond any wild expectation I could have ever had. I got the very exact car that I wanted with every bell and whistle and then some. I left fully approved and with white glove service a human can only dream of.
