We did purchase the warranty and he was able to get all the information taken care of with minimal effort on our part. From the moment our motorhome (mercedes sprinter) arrived by tow truck, we were greeted in the service bay. Upon entering the building Andy was there and willing to help. He took just a few minutes to finish up something else, then immediately was attentive to our needs. He took our information, passed it on to the mechanics and was able to resolve our problem very quickly. He took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable and kept informed every step of the way. It was a very quick (under warranty) fix. Andy referred us to Marc for the extended warranty also. Excellent Customer Service!
