Highly professionals Good people make for a good Company. They treat you with consideration and respect. I believe Bianca, although looking into the best interest of the d Good people make for a good Company. They treat you with consideration and respect. I believe Bianca, although looking into the best interest of the dealership, tries to also take good care of the customer and looks for the important management support for that. The car I bought has a mechanical issue (not opening the trunk) and Crown is resolving the issue. Bianca follows up and is keeping me informed. I’m giving 5 stars for customer service and quality of work, trusting that everything will be fixed. More
