Great experience at Crown Mercedes. I have owned or leased Mercedes, BMW's Porsches, Bentleys, one Lamborghini and others. My point is I have worked thru the sale/ lease process with num I have owned or leased Mercedes, BMW's Porsches, Bentleys, one Lamborghini and others. My point is I have worked thru the sale/ lease process with numerous Auto Dealerships; however, my recent experience with Crown Euro cars was one of the most pleasant experiences I can recall. My sale Coordinator, Bianca Presti was knowledgeable, helpful and always returned my call promply to answer any question. Marc Israel, the Financial Services Manager could not have been more helpful and discussed in detail every option regarding warranty upgrades that were available. Mark never made me feel that he was pushing the service and extended options just providing me with great info. The lease paperwork was completed with all details just as Bianca and I had discussed and agreed upon. I look forward to working with Crown Euro Cars, Bianca and Mark again in the near future. More

Zoltan is anything but your typical Carsalesman Zoltan is the first car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and not feel like I’m being sold. He is by far the most hardworki Zoltan is the first car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and not feel like I’m being sold. He is by far the most hardworking, honest, costumer driven guy you will have the pleasure of working with. He is on your team 100%. After dealing with the Mercedes in TAMPA felling beat and taken advantage of, I submitted a request for a quote and not even 10 min received a call from Zoltan and he was calling while on vacation to ensure he would personal take care and work the hardest to have the best deal with none of the back and forth. He remembered me from 3 years ago walking in as a first time customer which blew me away his memory and assured they would do everything to keep the business in stPete and he was right!! Don’t bother wasting your time and energy going anywhere else but to StPete and to Zoltan. This dealership truly treats you like family and never once do you feel taken advantage of or unappreciated as a customer. Zoltan, you have the best personality and skill set that will keep lifetime customers!!!
