Marc helped us get the financing squared away, even arranging a public notary to come to our house, at our convenience, to sign all the paperwork Jim was on vacation the day I arrived to actually pick up my vehicle, but his co-workers Tony and Tony were wonderfully helpful. They brought the vehicle to the airport to meet us, sign the last couple of papers, and then we were on our way. They went out of their way to make the process as easy for us as possible and got us on our way quickly. Jim was straight to the point and we went in and picked up our new Sprinter in record time. It was hard to believe how easy and smooth things went. The finance person, Marc Israel was so easy to work with as well and he had a great sense of humor.
