We always request Patrick McFarland as he makes every Service visit a pleasant experience. He is professional, courteous and friendly. He keeps us informed from the minute we drop the vehicle off at Crown Mercedes to the time we pick up our vehicle. If we have questions he is always able to answer them - he is very well skilled at his job and an asset to Crown Mercedes.
