Annual Service Purchased a used E350 last year and scheduled service for the first time. The new faculty was impressive as well as Charles Apple the service advisor. The work was performed quickly and a repair/maintenance on the steering column was completed also. We always request Patrick McFarland as he makes every Service visit a pleasant experience. He is professional, courteous and friendly.
