original 2004 sll500 needed warranty service. i have a warranty purchased thru crown. also given my care is a classic receive a discount on service. taken together, susan cardozo as usual mov i have a warranty purchased thru crown. also given my care is a classic receive a discount on service. taken together, susan cardozo as usual moved the inspection and what had to be done along really well.. she has been my customer service person for a while.. i would recommend her --she is focused .. makes it a bit less painful for the owner. crown is the best mb dealership i have dealt with overall for service. .
