Tony was right there to help me and corrected the problem within a few minutes, then made sure I understood how to make the correction myself if it happened again. Customer Service at its finest!! She was amazing and when I was uncertain about making the purchase that day, Helena suggested I drive the car home and return it the next day. Even though I loved the car I was not 100% ready to make the purchase.. that is until I met with Zoltan when I returned the suv, He sold me on the Crowne dealership and all the perks that come with purchasing a Mercedes Benz from them.
