Tony Cintron Product Conciege was very helpful in reviewing the cars options and how they operate. I had to return to the dealership the next day as I wasn’t able to bring up Apple Play. Tony was right there to help me and corrected the problem within a few minutes, then made sure I understood how to make the correction myself if it happened again. Customer Service at its finest!! Zoltan is a true professional sales representative I began my search for a new car on the internet and Zoltan responded immediately. She was amazing and when I was uncertain about making the purchase that day, Helena suggested I drive the car home and return it the next day. Even though I loved the car I was not 100% ready to make the purchase.. that is until I met with Zoltan when I returned the suv, He sold me on the Crowne dealership and all the perks that come with purchasing a Mercedes Benz from them. Once I made the decision to buy the suv the rest of the process was made easy by Zoltan, Rob in financing and Tony the concierge who was great going over all the details of my new purchase.
