Excellent customer service and Friendly environment! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! My husband and I live in Bradenton and after searching for a car where we live but not finding anything that I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! My husband and I live in Bradenton and after searching for a car where we live but not finding anything that met our requirements we decided to drive to the St.Petersburg Crown EuroCars. We met with a fantastic salesman Jim Smith. Not only did he find us 1 car we loved but he found us 2 cars! Both were gorgeous top of the line cars that had all the upgrades that we were asking for! It was between Mercedes c300 and Jaguar Xe. After test driving them both we decided the Jaguar Xe better suited us. And Jim being a Jaguar man himself, had a ton of knowledge about the car. Which was great! He was so helpful with our needs of a car yet understanding that we needed something within our budget. We are so thrilled Jim has found us the perfect car! We left there with smiles on our faces while making a new friend! We have recommended this place to all of our friends and family! And we will definitely be back in the future! Poor first impression I recently purchased a brand new special order Mercedes and was pleased with the Crown sales team. However, I had to go to the service dept. to replac I recently purchased a brand new special order Mercedes and was pleased with the Crown sales team. However, I had to go to the service dept. to replace a broken license plate holder. I don’t know if it was broken when I originally picked it up or when i tried to put a new holder on myself. Regardless of how or who broke it, the service advisor, Susan Cardoso informed me that I had to pay 78.00 for a new holder. I asked her why did I have to pay for it, and she told me because the holder wasn’t broken at the time I picked up my car. I don’t know that to be factual. I have barely had the car a month, and after giving Crown 81,000.00 cash, I felt insulted for Susan to ask me for money, and then accusing me of breaking the holder. Willie Edmonds did straighten out the situation and I should be receiving a replacement at no charge. I am extremely upset with a dealership that sells such classy cars, employs a woman like Susan Cardoso whom has no class. More
