We were warmly greeted by several people who could not do enough to help us with anything. Susan also took the time to help us understand how to operate one on the functions on our car. We also got a lot of help from Wally Abdulla in the sales department. Even though our lease has some months to run, he spent time showing us what options we have for our next vehicle. When the car finally arrived a little later than expected, he drove to our home in Tampa, after hours,to show us the car and drive it ! We didn't experience any bait and switch and everyone was straightforward. No surprises which is apppreciated. The dealership even has a concierge department with people who are dedicated to making sure you learn all about your car. Willie was patient and helpful. He has returned my calls promptly. I sent an inquiry email on Monday night to the Crown website explaining what I was generally looking for in terms of payments. Zoltan responded quickly and I went to see him the next evening. He was more than prepared with with numbers worked up on several options, took me for a test drive and showed me all of the bells and whistles that were included. I decided on vehicle that was being delivered on Wednesday. When I returned to pick up the car on Thursday, all of the paperwork was ready to go and well explained by Marc Israel and the concierge (Willie) gave me a great tour of my new car. So I thought about getting a new car on Monday night and drove off in one on Thursday. Thank you Zoltan for making the process go so smoothly and for finding me a great car in the price range I wanted. More
