Terrific Used Car Purchase Experience! From the beginning of the process to the end, the buying process was EASY! Eric Tincher, Sales Manager responded to my initial inquiry and actually a From the beginning of the process to the end, the buying process was EASY! Eric Tincher, Sales Manager responded to my initial inquiry and actually asked Helena to bring the car up to me in Palm Harbor to see given my full schedule. And, I didn't even ask! Helena was just as fabulous and I appreciate her going out of her way to make the process very easy by bringing the car out and then getting it cleaned up, etc. and having the paperwork prepared and waiting for me. Tony was so great and helped me set up the car and transfer the plates to my new vehicle and then showed me all the fun "bells & whistles" on my car even though it was not a brand Crown Eurocar carries. Rob, the finance manager made the contracting process smooth and painless. I have a demanding job and it is very difficult to get away during the day to make a car deal and my weekend time is precious. Crown Eurocar fit their process into my schedule and turned an often agonizing and time consuming process into a pleasure. I appreciate that amazing level of customer service. I will be back! More
