Upon arrival at airport from Atlanta until I got on my return journey to Atlanta, the process was seamless. Jim even sent me on my way with lunch. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend. Each time, Dave Siskin our sales rep, was pleasant and patient, and there was no feeling of high pressure sales tactics. The car we wanted was at another dealership within the state and it arrived as promised, in absolutely beautiful condition. Jessica Scarboro was very professional and explained our finance options - and Tony Cintron integrated our iPhones and fully described the many complex aspects of using the systems of the car. We were very happy with all aspects of the transaction and just love our new Mercedes! More

We have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car - more than pleasant really above the TOP Customer Service! Zoltan, you were so responsive to our needs and so willing to go above and beyond to make our dream come true; a Mercedes has always been a "twinkle in my husbands eye" and for me, his wife, I can feel so safe in this beautiful car and will not have to worry about David driving in this crazy Tampa traffic. Zoltan, you went far above normal or even great customer service, in addition your kindness and friendliness was a breath of fresh air. We moved across country a year ago and this purchase has been the best purchasing experience ever! I cannot tell you how thankful and happy we are. The drive home was a dream. We both plan on telling everyone about what a wonderful dealership Crown Eurocars is. In addition, when I am ready to buy a new car the only place I will go is to Zoltan at Crown Eurocars. Dave works for Shriners Hospital for Children and they hire people from all over the country and world - as new people come to work with Dave he will always recommend Zoltan and this dealership for their car purchases. There is millions of little and big things to do and worry about when buying a car - this was the easiest and most pleasant experience either of us have ever had when purchasing a car.
