Zoltan went out of his way for me to get the car I wanted. He spent several hours showing me all the safety and other "cool" features and test driving the car with me. Zoltan worked with me to get a very good price for my trade and my new car. He is the consummate professional -- knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and accommodating, He said from the beginning that he wanted my experience at Crowne to be a great experience and it truly was! I want to acknowledge Willie Edmunds, the concierge. He was knowledgeable, friendly, personable, enthusiastic, and patient. Willie was the first person to greet me both days when I entered the dealership. When I went to pick up my new car today, Willie spent more than two hours demonstrating the technology in the car.
