Best Service Advisor Encountered in 50 yrs of car ownership! I am confident in Tom Cammarata giving me the best experience and advise possible when I need service on my Mercedes. I have worked with Tom for over 10 years and he has always been very helpful to me. He always keeps me updated on the status of the ongoing repairs while my vehicle is in the service bay. I find Tom to be a pleasant person with whom to conduct business and he always has time to attend to my automobile servicing needs. He reminds me of ongoing price discounts and guides me to the best economic options when I drop off my car at the dealership. Frankly, I buy Mercedes automobiles because of Tom being my service advisor. More

I had the fortune to encounter Jim who understood my busy schedule- need to shop via internet-- and little time to visit the car lot. Jim communicated with me via email and phone hearing all of my needs and wants in my car purchase. When I arrived at the dealership he had the car ready for me to test drive. While on the drive he continued assessing my needs. After the test drive he suggested the next model up. We test drove that car and I was in love! Charlie Apple in Service and Chad Jordan in Parts were simply outstanding after I encountered a flat tire recently on the way to work in my recently Charlie Apple in Service and Chad Jordan in Parts were simply outstanding after I encountered a flat tire recently on the way to work in my recently purchased sports coupe. Chad ordered the tire that was needed (which was out of stock) and Charlie set a service appointment that coordinated with the tire's arrival at the dealership. Charlie also was outstanding with troubleshooting my tire warranty, which required some research as the car was just recently purchased. I must say, it was the best service and parts experience I've ever had at any dealership! They really put me at ease after that unnerving experience with that flat tire I most highly recommend Crown Eurocars, and especially the services of Charlie Apple and Chad Jordan, as their professionalism and customer service focus is unparalleled! Awesome car buying experience! I called here to check on a specific vehicle's availability. The receptionist forwarded me to Karl Peterson who confirmed the vehicle was available. We were actually en route to the dealership when I called, and Karl said he'd be there when we arrived. Karl went on a test drive with us and explained all the features of the car. He's a very seasoned employee and really knows his stuff about Mercedes and the dealership. This was extremely helpful, and I appreciated his knowledge. I fell in love with the car, and he was great throughout the whole process- from the initial phone call to handing me the keys when it was time to drive home. All staff I encountered here were great.
