New Car Delivery - 2017 SLC 300 We received a Winter Event letter from Wes Harris on our 2014 SLK 250 encouraging us to trade in early on our lease for a new 2017 SLC 300. Our sal We received a Winter Event letter from Wes Harris on our 2014 SLK 250 encouraging us to trade in early on our lease for a new 2017 SLC 300. Our salesperson, Helena Bergen was very helpful in helping us select the right car. We were looking for Indium Grey, but we ended up with a dealer locate on Diamond White Metallic. We took delivery on Christmas Eve and the car looked fantastic! Helena had everything coordinated at time of install. Jessica Scarboro handled the lease paperwork quickly, and Tony (delivery concierge) was very helpful getting us acquainted with the new features on the SLC 300, and Apple CarPlay. We are very happy with the SLC 300! More

Outstanding customer service! I just leased my second Mercedes and this was my first experience with Crown Eurocars. My salesperson Zoltan Krempaszky was so helpful from the very f I just leased my second Mercedes and this was my first experience with Crown Eurocars. My salesperson Zoltan Krempaszky was so helpful from the very first communication (via email, text and phone) to the day I picked up my car. I told him what I was looking for and they did not have it in stock, but he was determined to locate one for me. He never gave up and tracked my car down and had it brought to his dealership! I was so happy and surprised that he was able to get this done! I live in Orlando, but was willing to get my car from Zoltan in ST Pete because he went the "extra mile" and really came through for me and my needs! Everyone at the dealership including, Concierge Willie Edmunds and Finance Manager Marc Israel, were so accommodating and made the whole process very pleasant!! I look forward to a long long relationship with Zoltan and the whole team at Crown Eurocars!! More
