He finally got me towed to the dealership. He stayed in contact with me by phone while I was stranded. He got me a loaner car immediately upon arrival at the dealership. While my car was being analyzed, Tom stayed in telephone contact with me. It took several days before the insurance company determined that my 2014 Mercedes 550SL was a total loss because I needed a new engine. Tom assisted my in every way including getting my built-in radar system out of my car. Tom Cammarata and the service department at Crown Eurocars along with Dave Siskin are an important factor in why I bought my new 2017 Mercedes 450SL at Crown!
