We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Crown, a beautiful red GLA250, and we have been so fortunate and blessed to have Jim helping us each and every time. It was time for me to make a transition and be turning in my present vehicle and I needed to make some decisions on the direction to take. Jim helped me in more ways than I can acknowledge in making this transition and as always he worked so hard doing it. Made everything flow smoothly and got things accomplished in such a timely manner. Prompt and professional I found the model of Mercedes listed on the Crown website and left a message asking for more information and to see if it was still available. I received a call from Jim Smith who was very helpful over the phone and answered all of the questions I had. I asked if I could make an appointment to see the car a couple of days later when I could drive over from Brandon. He said not a problem and asked if I needed directions and said they would be open late that evening. When I arrived, he was servicing another client and greeted me and said he would be right with me. The showroom is beautiful and we were able to sit down and discuss the car without a long wait. He gave me some printed information that I looked over asked for identification and we took the car for a drive. When we returned back to the lot, he looked at my trade in and had a quote in a matter of minutes for me. After a short negotiation, we agreed on a price went straight to finance and had everything signed. What a great experience! Jim was very professional, kept the process moving along and had the sale finished quickly and smoothly. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for the best in service and quality. More
