As we all can attest, it can be a very exhausting an tiring experience that is not fun. Ron was always ready to take into account all of our requests never tried to persuade us to settle for something other than exactly what we wanted. Didn't hesitate to place an order for this recent vehicle and there was never any back and forth , wheeling and dealing that often comes with many dealers when trying to purchase a car. I live about fifty miles from crown cars and only two miles from the closest MB dealer to my home. I would never ever consider any other dealer ship other than Crown Cars and Ron Crag The last two purchases I never had to go to the dealership, Ron worked it out over the phone, and had the new vehicle delivered, had all of the paperwork done, so all I had to do is sign, hand over keys for the old vehicle and enjoy the new one. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt like I was being throughly listened and sincerely helped in finding just the right vehicle. Tim Jamil the Mercedes sales manager along with Helena Bergen the Mercedes sales consultant were wonderful! Helena was the best with which to do business! She took her time with me and answered all questions that I had, this was the easiest purchase that I've ever made. Being one of the most picky car buyers, and shopping for a car nearly 5 weeks, I was in amazement that based on what I had shared Helena carefully picked out my car for me, before I even saw it. I absolutely love it, every morning when I leave for work, I am so very happy to get behind the wheel, it drives like a gem, the way that you can feel the gears engage and the Mercedes sound system…….it’s poetry in motion! Amazing deal I have worked with Tony Diamond since 2003. I have bought 2 Mercedes AMG's from him. Each time I was given significant discounts over what other deale I have worked with Tony Diamond since 2003. I have bought 2 Mercedes AMG's from him. Each time I was given significant discounts over what other dealers were offering for the exact same car. He even drove the cars to my house to deliver over 100 miles away. Thank you William Hawkins!!!!!! Got my new 2016 GLC yesterday and can't say how happy I was to get it. Forget that I came in looking for the GLA or GLK because of the price point but Got my new 2016 GLC yesterday and can't say how happy I was to get it. Forget that I came in looking for the GLA or GLK because of the price point but I didn't even consider looking at GLC. Bud Hawkins was awesome and he always respected my budget and tried to do everything to keep me there. when he told me he can get me into a GLC in my budget I was shocked. He also made sure I test drive all the cars and get comfortable with everyone there. Thank you guys for making this a great experience and THANKS Bud.
