We were welcomed by Jim Smith, who made us feel comfortable. He showed us around and guided us through the multiple cars that are displayed in the lot. Unluckily, the vehicle that my wife was looking for is no longer available. But after explaining to us that certain vehicles that are still procurable has options that my wife may want to check. After carefully looking at a specific vehicle and answering all of our questions, we decided to purchase a CPO Mercedes Benz. I must say that this was far the best car shopping experience ever. The experience was fantastic, from Wesley, to Dave to Ken and Willie at the end what a fantastic crew. And all via email, all I had to do is go and sign the papers and everything exactly the way they told me in the last email, no surprises. You would have to be crazy not to buy or lease a car from Crown, and the phone call on Monday to see if everything was good with the car, what a nice touch. I leased a C300 with all the niceties, love the car, it is so nice my wife traded me her BMW for the Benz. Oh well can't win them all. More

I had recently been in an accident with my wife's BMW X3 and the car was totaled (not my fault!). I had purchased a 550SL from Crown in the past and had always had great service. We spent our Saturday looking at BMWs and Mercedes and came to the conclusion that the service and the knowledgeable dealer was key to making a final decision. Karl was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through the various options available on the MB 350 GLK and was able to satisfy our needs with an automobile on the lot. Paperwork was conducted in a timely manner, Karl walked us through the technology (I am certain I will need additional consultations with Karl), and we were able to drive off with our new GLK.
