Crowne and their sales rep, Victor Lema, were a pleasure to work with! They were professional and friendly, and very accommodating. I live several hours from the dealership. They had my vehicle shipped to m to work with! They were professional and friendly, and very accommodating. I live several hours from the dealership. They had my vehicle shipped to me, instead of driven. Everything was taken care of. I traded in my old car. They gave me a fair price. I made the mistake of leaving something on the vehicle. They were extremely helpful in getting that back to me. I highly recommend both Crowne and Victor!! More

I was referred to Don Shelton for all of my service needs with my Mercedes and I am so very glad that I was.
