Had an appointment at a dealer to trade my truck in for a new one, the day prior to my appointment I found the exact truck I was looking for at Crown Royal Cars. I ran over to the dealer with only 5 minutes new one, the day prior to my appointment I found the exact truck I was looking for at Crown Royal Cars. I ran over to the dealer with only 5 minutes to spare before they closed! Victor, Mike (the GM) and the finance team stayed until midnight to get the deal done!! I’ve never had a dealer do that for me and definitely didn’t expect them to. The entire process was smooth and simple, I got what I wanted out of my trade and the price of the new truck was the best around. I will be sending everyone I know to go see Victor at Crown Mercedes for any vehicle purchase in the future. They carry such a large variety of cars and trucks, I would have never thought to look there for a F-250. If you’re looking for a new or used car or truck make sure to check them out and be sure to ask for Victor, he’ll take great care of you! 10/10 experience, if only all dealers could be more like them.
