I was in for a service call October 25 2021 on my CLS500 I walked in the door took a seat to wait for the next service representative. I was approached by G. Simone Miller, she asked me if I had an appointment and who with? My regular service rep was not available, she made arrangements for me to talk another rep when he became available. While I waited the conversation came up about a new car, I told Simone that I was interested in replacing my car because I was not willing to put any more money into my old car. Simone asked me not to leave when I was done,she wanted me to talk to someone.when I was done making arrangements to get my car repaired, I was approached by Victor Lema, I informed him that I was interested in purchasing a new car, I was interested in a new C350, the new one was not available because of a delivery problem or a shortage in one thing or another.There was a 2020 C350 on the showroom floor that I was willing to settle for if Victor could put a package together to my satisfaction with the understanding that I was more interested in the 2022 if one became available.Victor took my information and gave it to the sales manager, when he returned he asked me if I wanted to test drive the car? I said no I would test drive it on the way home. To make a long story short a package was put together to my satisfaction I drove my new car home. Several weeks later I received a call from Victor, he informed me that a new 2022 C350 had just arrived and I should come in to have a look at it to see if I was interested. I came in the next day viewed the car to my satisfaction it was exactly what I wanted. Victor and sales manager Marc Israel put together a package and presented it to me, I wasn’t satisfied with some of the financial requirements for the new car, I expressed concerns to Marc and Victor I made it clear that I wanted the new car if they could come up with a proposal that would be satisfaction for the dealership and myself. A couple of days later I received a text message from Victor he wanted me to give him a call he had good news for me.To wrap this up from the time I walked into the dealership greeted by Simone from that point on everyone was courteous, friendly and very professional. I am happy with my new purchase all of you deserve a pat on the back for a job well done.Thank you all very much. Mr. B. More

The Used 2019 INFINITI Q60 that was sold to me had no motor oil and no engine coolant! Also my license plate was missing a second screw to hold the plate in. Dealership is friendly, professional and clean. Unlike other dealerships there is always refreshments for the waiting customer. From start to finish, the Crown Eurocars team made my purchase a very happy experience. Car sales folks overall have less than desirable reputations, but Neville Barrett defied the stereotype. From the build to delivery to purchase, Neville communicated each step perfectly. When I arrived, my car was in the showroom with a big blue bow on it, and Neville so patiently let us take our time checking her out. He even took pics on my phone. The Finance Manager, Marc Israel, was so down to earth and pleasant to work with which also defies the stereotypical dreaded finance manager. Lastly, Tony Cintron made learning about my car so much fun! He explained features with ease and showed me things on my car that I don't know that I would've discovered. All around a fabulous experience! More
