Brian Smith worked diligently to find a new C300 Cab for me, and then attempt a dealer trade. That one didn't work out but he found another car which I eventually purchased. Andrew Mrasz was my service advisor. Mario Castillo was the technician that worked on my 2006 AMG E55. The visit incorporated full service of the transmission and rear differential, front suspension work, the technician that worked on my 2006 AMG E55. The visit incorporated full service of the transmission and rear differential, front suspension work, replacement of motor and transmission mounts, flush of brake system, replacement of the rear main seal and check of O2 sensors, and 4 wheel alignment. A lot of work done to keep my care driving like the day I took delivery in October 2005. Andrew is the best advisor I've worked with and he kept me up to date on progress. Mario is "Super Mario" to me... an incredible technician and exactly what I need for my car which is very complex for its age. The E55 is a fantastic car and both Andrew and Mario have consistently delivered superb service and excellent customer care. My thanks to both for everything done to keep my car in perfect condition! More
