I've been buying cars from Alex since 2015 and haven't ever wanted to work with anyone else. If you are going to buy a car I highly recommend asking for Phillip Boone at Crown Euro, you will not be disappointed. I chose Crown Euro over any other dealership because it is an experience unlike any other dealership. Buying a car can be a dreaded experience. Dealing with a sales rep, working a deal, and leaving with the car you wanted in a relatively short amount of time isn’t always how the day goes, at least with my prior car buying experiences. Working with Phillip Boone at Crown Euro made me feel like I was dealing with family. I found the car of my dreams and the deal started to be worked right away. Within 2 hours I was driving home in the car of my dreams. I never felt rushed, pressured, or annoyed during the car buying experience. Phillip Boone truly made me feel like I had know him my whole life. He is so genuine, humble, real, kind-hearted, and down to earth. Phillip even called me after leaving the dealership before I got home to see how I was enjoying my new car. He knew how excited I was to purchase my first Mercedes. I told Phillip I couldn’t stop smiling. The experience I had with Phillip Boone at Crown Euro was a car buying experience I never had before. I cannot imagine buying a car from any other dealership or sales rep. Phillip you need to keep working till you are 100 years old, putting smiles on people’s faces and doing what you do best!
