Andrew Maerz is a very good service adviser. The service turn around time was as forecast and transportation to and from home was provided. This dealership is very good but I do not recommend the Body Shop turn around time was as forecast and transportation to and from home was provided. This dealership is very good but I do not recommend the Body Shop and would not go back there. More

Great Service Advisor Andrew Kinner. He was very helpful and made my visit pretty short visit very comfortable. Only problem was with parts took a long time to order a Mercedes phone cord as other charger and made my visit pretty short visit very comfortable. Only problem was with parts took a long time to order a Mercedes phone cord as other charger cords did not work. However to help with that the phone cord was delivered to me so did not have to go pick up. Great customer service. Thanks, Pat Kelly More
