Great Service Advisor Andrew Kinner. He was very helpful and made my visit pretty short visit very comfortable. Only problem was with parts took a long time to order a Mercedes phone cord as other charger and made my visit pretty short visit very comfortable. Only problem was with parts took a long time to order a Mercedes phone cord as other charger cords did not work. However to help with that the phone cord was delivered to me so did not have to go pick up. Great customer service. Thanks, Pat Kelly More

The Check Engine light had come on in my Sprinter based motorhome. I took it to Crown and they discovered that the glow plug module had failed. The part was ordered and replaced the next day.
