I called with a problem that said "DO NOT SHUT OFF VEHICLE" Andy Kinner answered me and said to bring my car in ASAP. I did so, and Andy arranged for a rental car. I was disappointed to learn that I did not have prepaid maintenance; not even the first service done on my 2020 AMG GT-53. I can't imagine Mercedes not providing at least the first service. BAD windshield replacement experience From start to finish, yes, you have 100% glass coverage, we just need you to "prepay your windshield here at Crown since we have to order one." ? Then faulty installation, no return phone calls...too much, $2800, plus. Then agreed to $500 credit, but then disputed with incomplete written response by Crown to my c.c. company, pushing the $500 charge through after the fact. Sad, keep the $500....I got plenty of time to express my dissatisfaction, online and to everyone I know, still driving a Mercedes Benz. More
