I arrived on a Saturday nearing the end of the day with a problem with my sunroof. It wouldn’t close and we were due for lots of rain. I met Gwendolyn Auxt for the first time and she was nothing shy of amaz problem with my sunroof. It wouldn’t close and we were due for lots of rain. I met Gwendolyn Auxt for the first time and she was nothing shy of amazing. She was quite busy and was the only one there when I arrived. Even though she was busy assisting 2 other clients, she acknowledged me when I arrived and addressed me in a very timely manner. She stayed in contact with me to keep me posted of the progress as well, which I greatly appreciated. Gwendolyn was very professional, courteous, and friendly. It’s professionals like her that make me very happy to not only be part of the Mercedes’ family, but a life long customer of the Crown Euro family as well. More
