Annual Service Performance I recently moved from Atlanta to St Petersburg, FL. This was my first experience with Crown Eurocars for the annual service on my Mercedes. Making th I recently moved from Atlanta to St Petersburg, FL. This was my first experience with Crown Eurocars for the annual service on my Mercedes. Making the appointment was pretty easy. The receptionist was nice and efficient and was able to find my record and book the appointment. Once I arrived at the dealer for the appointment I had to stand and wait for about 15 minutes for my service advisor Ryan Yeomans to come back to his desk. When he arrived he was on the phone and continued to talk on the phone without even acknowledging that I was standing there at his desk. I was a little bothered by this. However, after he ended the call, he did acknowledge my presence and apologized for being on the phone. The rest of my experience was smooth and easy. He helped me get a loaner car, and was very accommodating after that. My service was completed in about four hours. The redeeming part to this review is that Ryan was very helpful and prompt and I was very happy with the service. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a service advisor at Crown Eurocars. The service was somewhat expensive at just over $980! More
