My first surprise was to find out that it could be done the same day. My second was to hear Susan say, "it would only take an hour and a half to complete." While the issue was being addressed he kept me updated with phone calls and made sure I was well informed as to the status. When I came in to pick up my car not only was Tom helpful but also Charlie Apple was assisting me in getting things taken care of. I appreciate Tom, Charlie and the whole staff in the service Dept at Crown and the service Techs working on the cars also!! They are great assets to Crown!! P.S.
