Great Service, Great Team Our first experience involved obtaining service on our 2016 Gl 450, of which the dealership’s service department’s Susan Cardoso did a terrific job of Our first experience involved obtaining service on our 2016 Gl 450, of which the dealership’s service department’s Susan Cardoso did a terrific job of arranging us a loaner and keeping us apprised of the diagnosis, prognosis, and status of the repairs in process. While waiting for paperwork to be completed, I explained to Ms. Cardoso that we had never received a thorough explanation and demonstration of all of our GL’s numerous systems and features. Ms. Cardozo called a person, and within minutes Willie Edmonds appeared and introduced himself as basically the dealership’s concierge and offered to go through a demonstration of our vehicles abilities. But the real icing on the cake was that he offered to come to our home on his day-off and do the demonstration in the comfort of our own garage. Which is exactly what he did......I called a day in advance and he showed-up exactly as promised and did a stellar job of explaining EVERYTHING on the vehicle with hands-on demonstrations, using patience, courtesy, and confidence. It was great. What a great representative of the Crown Eurocars brand. The biggest “downer” of the whole experience is that we regretted that we did not do business with Crown in the first place, when we purchased the car, and not getting to have the opportunity to meet Mr EdMonds and Ms. Cardoso sooner. They’re great! More

Pat McFarland is a true professional Pat McFarland was most helpful in listening to my concerns and addressing each of them. We did it and the wheel looks NEW. Work was done when promised and in general just made me feel so much better about Crown, so I’ll be back!! More
