As soon as I got there he got my car started without an appointment. Less than an hour later and only $44, bulb fixed and car washed. He is very personable and professional! More
Poor first impression I recently purchased a brand new special order Mercedes and was pleased with the Crown sales team. However, I had to go to the service dept. to replac I recently purchased a brand new special order Mercedes and was pleased with the Crown sales team. However, I had to go to the service dept. to replace a broken license plate holder. I don’t know if it was broken when I originally picked it up or when i tried to put a new holder on myself. Regardless of how or who broke it, the service advisor, Susan Cardoso informed me that I had to pay 78.00 for a new holder. I asked her why did I have to pay for it, and she told me because the holder wasn’t broken at the time I picked up my car. I don’t know that to be factual. I have barely had the car a month, and after giving Crown 81,000.00 cash, I felt insulted for Susan to ask me for money, and then accusing me of breaking the holder. Willie Edmonds did straighten out the situation and I should be receiving a replacement at no charge. I am extremely upset with a dealership that sells such classy cars, employs a woman like Susan Cardoso whom has no class. More

Fix my brakes I called early on Monday morning and talked to my service director, Tom Camarata, and he took excellent care of me and my car. He was able to get me a Mercedes loaner car for the day and had the car repaired by the end of the same working day whidh was super. He called when he said he would to let me know what was going on with the car and called again when it was finished. Same day out of shop as the same day in. Could not be any better than that, Mr. Camarata has been a pleasure to work with every single time I have had my car in for service. Give him a raise or give him a few paid days off or something to keep him as your employee. Good employees are extremely difficult to come by so it is best to keep them happy too ! More
