Satisfied Customer I have had my E350 serviced at Crown Eurocars for the past 5 years. I have been completely satisfied each and every time I have interacted with Crown. I have had my E350 serviced at Crown Eurocars for the past 5 years. I have been completely satisfied each and every time I have interacted with Crown. My service advisor ( how I always seek out) is Thomas Cammarata. He always makes me feel like I am his only customer, when we interact. He is professional knowledgeable and works to minimize my costs, each and every time I have brought the vehicle in for Service or repairs. I highly recommend Crown and Thomas Cammarata. Replace entire diesel system Recently I filled my Mercedes ML 350 Bluetec with what I thought was diesel. The gas station had somehow mixed up the gas and diesel and my car was fi Recently I filled my Mercedes ML 350 Bluetec with what I thought was diesel. The gas station had somehow mixed up the gas and diesel and my car was filled up with gas, damaging the entire fueling system. Tom Cammarata was responsible for my car at Crown Eurocars. He was helpful, knowledgeable and professional through the entire repair which also required that our insurance company get involved. Tom made sure that the entire process was seamless and kept us appraised every step of away. Thank you Tom and Crown Eurocars. More

Exceptional customer service We were blown over by the exceptional customer service we received from Charles Apple. Took our Sprinter van in for a checkup. He explained what would We were blown over by the exceptional customer service we received from Charles Apple. Took our Sprinter van in for a checkup. He explained what would be done and afterwards gave us a detailed explanation of each item on the report. While the checkup was not cheap, we feel confident that it was an honest overview of the vehicle. Charles was very clear on each explanation and did not try to catch us with any more must-do's. Good example were the tires: (we could see they are not new) He said there is still a lot of thread and we will be good for many local miles, but should replace before we go on our intended trip to East Coast. He had a graph which was part of the diagnostic, so not just hos personal opinion. From there we went to a tire shop, who said we need to replace tires asap. When we said it's not the immediate plan, he dropped price by $200. Go figure ... daily sales need to be met, right? Thanks Charles Apple, you have our trust. More
