Charlie Apple is the bomb! We recently had our car service and Charlie was my Service Apple was my Service Advisor. Charlie was extremely professional and knowledgeable. When Tampa Mersedese disnt even borther to follow up with me for my service eventhough i got the car free m them and even they told me straight on my face that they do not gove courtsey car for service A where as i just talked to Crown Mercedes and that just fineshed my transaction very smoothly. So from now i will got to Crown for service and even to buy a car. And yes Tampa Mercedes sucks really bad service. More

I have worked with Tom for over 10 years and he has always been very helpful to me. He always keeps me updated on the status of the ongoing repairs while my vehicle is in the service bay. I find Tom to be a pleasant person with whom to conduct business and he always has time to attend to my automobile servicing needs. He reminds me of ongoing price discounts and guides me to the best economic options when I drop off my car at the dealership. Frankly, I buy Mercedes automobiles because of Tom being my service advisor. More
