Mike Moser - Even while out of town, Mike came to the rescue While traveling in Ohio, the replacement battery that we purchased and had installed by Crown Honda in my 2006 Acura TL almost 3 years prior went bad. While traveling in Ohio, the replacement battery that we purchased and had installed by Crown Honda in my 2006 Acura TL almost 3 years prior went bad. I called Mike and he quickly looked up the receipt from when we bought it and e-mailed it to me so we could have it replaced under warranty at the local dealership. Calling Mike was like calling an old friend...He was pleasant to talk with and eager to help in anyway he could. More

Nice old place I was met at my appointed time by my service coordinator Michele Dessert who looked up my vehicle and confirmed my maintenance schedule. She asked if I was met at my appointed time by my service coordinator Michele Dessert who looked up my vehicle and confirmed my maintenance schedule. She asked if I had any issues and we agreed on getting new wiper refills and a new rear wiper blade as someone stole it at the local airport. She clearly explained the charges and gave me a time estimate. The service was completed on time and Michele reviewed the inspection results. I am happy with the results. The waiting room leaves much to be desired despite the free water and coffee they need better chairs and it feels like a dungeon More

Great service for my new Honda!
