Excellent and personable service Engine and PARK lights were on. Made an appointment to have checked out. Michelle Dessert WAS great! Had oil change and check up on my HRV. The tech n Engine and PARK lights were on. Made an appointment to have checked out. Michelle Dessert WAS great! Had oil change and check up on my HRV. The tech noticed some things on the car during the many point inspection and Michelle Dessert and tech suggested I should have two tires replaced. With my okay, they were replaced in a very short time. I also was driven home(Keith ?) and later picked up after test/repairs were done. THAT'S A GREAT PLUS! Michelle Dessert was professional AND was a delight to talk to and that made it easier to pay my bill. More
Terrible Service. Just Terrible. Do NOT recommend. So it goes so far with my experience at their service department ... Called to schedule an appointment to have my recalled airbag repaired. Am told So it goes so far with my experience at their service department ... Called to schedule an appointment to have my recalled airbag repaired. Am told it should take about 1 1.5 - 2 hours. I show up for my 8:30 appointment. I'm told the person in charge of my repair is currently on the phone. 9 am passes and Im still waiting. Somebody else asks me if I'm helped yet, I say no. He returns to tell me the person handling my car is looking up my information on the computer. I keep waiting. The person finally comes out only to walk up to another client who literally just arrived. The person handling the scheduling addresses him at that moment to tell him that I'm first (points to me), and that the client he is talking to is number three in line. He says yeah in an annoyed voice, ignores it, and keeps attending the same client. Right in front of me as if I didnt exist! I get up and tell him that I've been waiting almost 40 minutes and that this person just got here. He responds to me in an annoyed voice "Ill be right with you". I repeat what I told him, he repeats to me (more annoyed) to have a seat. I'm at this point about ready to ask for my car keys and leave. When he finally comes to me I ask him again why he made me wait even though he was told that he should attend me. He says "sorry for the confusion", I said there was no confusion, as he was told, in front of me, that I was his next client and that the other client was third, and that I also told him that it was my turn, so were is the mix-up?? Then he says he couldn't help it because the client approached him. That never happened!! So he blatantly lied to my face twice, like he could care less. At about 2 pm (repair was supposed to take max 2 hours) I call Honda to find out the status. I get connected to my repair person (I purposefully avoid the name, they know who it was) who says he will put me on a brief hold while he finds out. And with that he hangs up on me. I call back. It goes to his voice mail. I call back and tell the operator. I am then told it will take about 45 min more. Which puts it at this point at 6 hours since drop off. By now, 7 hours have passed and I'm not holding my breath. I do hope they treat the cars with more respect than their clients. More
