Caring Service Consultant Good Morning My name is Timothy Lakly When our 2018 crv had a message the break system was not working i called Crown Honda and I was connected to Good Morning My name is Timothy Lakly When our 2018 crv had a message the break system was not working i called Crown Honda and I was connected to Michele Dessert. She was concerned with our safety which impressed me very. Michele said i could have the car towed but when i restarted the car the message did not appear again, this was the second time in two weeks this happened . Michele told me to have the car towed or bring it to Crown. I was very happy with the way she handled our problem. In the future i will always call Michele for any service. In my opinion Michele Dessert went the extra mile making sure were safe and happy with our crv Timothy Lakly More

Satisfied They were very nice & didn't try and force anything on me. My only issue was a car salesman kept roaming through while we were waiting. He asked if I' They were very nice & didn't try and force anything on me. My only issue was a car salesman kept roaming through while we were waiting. He asked if I'd like to upgrade while I'm there. I told him no thank you, I'm making payments on my '08 Honda Pilot. He laughed & asked, "Why are you making payments on an '08?" It kind of upset me because I got the car from Honda and it's what I could afford. So I told him, not everyone is able to jump in a brand new car and make high payments. He said, "Oh so what, you're paying like $75 a month or something?". Aside from this, my experience with Honda has been excellent from the beginning. I appreciate the reminders, as life gets busy, So I tend to forget about appointments. My only advice is that the car salesmen need to be mindful when approaching customers. Your approach can either make you lose business or gain. More

Waiting for service I showed up on a Saturday without an appointment because my battery went dead the night before. They told me I would have to wait till the people tha I showed up on a Saturday without an appointment because my battery went dead the night before. They told me I would have to wait till the people that had appointments went first. I did not wait long at all. I was done within an hour and everything worked out just great. Michelle Dessert was a great help and very congenial. I would go to her again when I need to. More

Quick help! I was passing through and had a window issue ( would not go up or down!) on my 2009 Accord so I googled Honda dealerships close to my location and it I was passing through and had a window issue ( would not go up or down!) on my 2009 Accord so I googled Honda dealerships close to my location and it turned out to be a wonderful experience! I was in and out in NO time thanks to Michele’s expertise and hooking me up with Mike Larson ! In a blink of an eye he had the old part out and the new in and I was on my way!!!
