Crown Honda makes me smile I bought my 2017 Honda Accord in April. We found one of the windshield wiper nozzles not functioning well, so I asked for a warranty review of that pa I bought my 2017 Honda Accord in April. We found one of the windshield wiper nozzles not functioning well, so I asked for a warranty review of that part. James McLaughlin was eager to help, and with a big grin he got my car looked at and determined the part needed to be exchanged. I came back with the vehicle, and didn't have to spend more than 5 minutes getting settled in at the center as they replaced the part. I expect all my customer service interactions to be positive and friendly; James delivered just that! More

We brought our Honda CRV in for oil change and tire rotation Monday June 12. We were very pleased with the print out of the free multi point inspection. The inspection seemed to cover the entire car. It was a good feeling to leave there knowing our car was totally inspected. We found Ms. Dessert and the entire staff to be extremely professional and courteous. The prices were fair and the service was what it should be and even more. We will definitely be returning to this dealership not just for service but also to purchase our next CRV. I needed to have some routine maintenance work done on my car and I was able to schedule the work to match the time when I was returning from a busine I needed to have some routine maintenance work done on my car and I was able to schedule the work to match the time when I was returning from a business trip and I was quite pleased and impressed that I could arrive at the dealership and have this work done in a very timely manner so that I could leave in time to return to my home at a reasonable hour after a very intense business trip. It was like clockwork; everything went smoothly and my car is running like the day I drove it off the lot! Thank you, Brooks for being so reliable and informative. I feel like Mr. Falzone is a trusted friend that I can count on to give me valuable and dependable information to assist me in making important decisions about my car. Michelle Dessert is great and efficient. Michelle makes certain my car is done as planned and on time. Better still, this dealership does not run up a bill . . . maintenance is done, but not Michelle makes certain my car is done as planned and on time. An example, my car was due for a tire rotation and alignment, however, the service staff found the alignment wasn't needed. Therefore, I wasn't charged - it's a breath of fresh air to be able to trust a dealer and their staffs - it comes from the top. I don't know all of the service people's names who worked on my car, but they optimized their time and mine when a piece of equipment needed for alignment was unavailable - they chose a different manual device to attach to the 4 tires to assess the condition of the alignment to use their time wisely . . . they were ready when the equipment needed became available and they proceeded to use it. I am very pleased with this demonstration of time management. More
