Great service center Went this morning for oil change only to find Gerlanda Holloway who was an excellent service advisor at another Honda dealership I frequented when I Went this morning for oil change only to find Gerlanda Holloway who was an excellent service advisor at another Honda dealership I frequented when I had my old accord! I can't express how happy I was to see he is now at Crown Honda! Gerlanda picked up as my advisor perfectly. He kept me posted on what my car was due for & when it was going to be a while got me a ride home & continued to keep me updated! Gerlanda being at Crown Honda has made this dealership perfect for me! Crown Honda is the best! All the support personnel are so helpful & friendly & even care greatly for the cat who has claimed the place home! Thank you one & all! More

Service Department Is The BEST I have been going to Crown Honda for my vehicle repairs. Gerlanda my service Rep. is the best. Honest, realistic on repair time and cost. Keeps me on I have been going to Crown Honda for my vehicle repairs. Gerlanda my service Rep. is the best. Honest, realistic on repair time and cost. Keeps me on track to service vehicle per Honda requirements. Keeps in touch with updates and calls right away if an issue comes up that will delay time promised. I can not say enough about his personal attention he gives. He recently suggested to me since my extended warranty was running out and I have been having a lot of issues with the van it may be time to consider buying a new van. So I did and now have a new 2016 I bought at Crown. I look forward to working with Gerlanda to keep my new Odyssey in tip top shape. More

Love love love the service I've been a customer of crown Honda for a year now and I have had nothing but awesome service from the time I bought my Car down to the regular mainte I've been a customer of crown Honda for a year now and I have had nothing but awesome service from the time I bought my Car down to the regular maintenances. Michelle Dessert is absolutely awesome and professional. I believe she is the assistant manager/supervisor in the service department. There was a recall on my car and she helped me get into a rental at no expense to me even though rental places require an age restriction fee considering I am 24. I felt really comfortable talking to her and I didn't feel insecure to ask any questions. She didn't avoid any questions and she thoroughly answered any concerns I had. I've been to a lot of places that made me feel hesitant to ask questions, but as for Michelle, she was sociable, professional and exceptionally amazing. More
