Service Review I'm from North Carolina and was on vacation when my car wouldn't start. We selected Crown Hyundai only because it was the closest listing , having no I'm from North Carolina and was on vacation when my car wouldn't start. We selected Crown Hyundai only because it was the closest listing , having no idea of its reputation. We "walked in" (no appointment) following the July 4th weekend, and tho' the dealership was likely loaded with customers, we were treated with utmost respect and receptivity. Brian Casey served us and professionally entertained all of our comments and questions while at the dealership, and later in follow-up phone calls. While trouble-shooting the car's problem, he gave us a simple overview of planned sequential steps for assessment, which silenced any further questions. Brian was an efficient and clear communicator, perhaps naturally or from training. Either way, our experience was positive and straightforward. Our car's problem was only temporary; the battery had simply run down. Yet, it was clear that the service dept. was neither over-analyzing nor under; they continued monitoring the car to be sure that the problem did not return, yet did not over-prescribe (or charge!) further tests. My car was washed and evaluated in Crown Hyundai's competent care for only $30. Not bad for peace of mind while 11 hours from home! More

Timely and efficient Staff here is ALWAYS helpful and efficient. My window stopped working, in the down position, on a rainy day. But, I was taken home in the courtesy van and called early the next day to pick up the car. Tomm has helped us a number of times now. He's always wonderful! More
